Increase in Fuel Surcharge effective November 01, 2007

Dear Valued Customer,

We are writing to advise you that due to the escalating world aviation fuel prices, we are forced to raise the fuel surcharge from 13% to 16% on International Consignments. The Fuel surcharge on Domestic Consignments remains at 8%.

We have absorbed rising fuel surcharges over the past several months and unlike our competitors, we prefer to raise the surcharge only when we are unable to absorb the cost increase.

We will continue to review fuel prices regularly and if world prices decline we will adjust the surcharge accordingly.

The new charges will be effective from Thursday, 01 November 2007. We will continue to keep you informed of any further fluctuation in fuel prices and thank you for your support and understanding.
